Our Mind & Body Motivation fragrance is an invigorating blend of lemongrass, ginger and lime essential oils. Lemongrass essential oils have  energy boosting properties, and are used to reduce anxiety and irritability. Ginger is fantastic for boosting mood and courage and is also a natural aphrodisiac. Lime is used in aromatherapy for its stimulating effect on the body and mind.
